Using Sproutfit
Can I try the wheel without an account?
Yes. Tap the wheel’s center to choose a birthday or due date, then tap a size, season, or month to explore. Guest planning stays in the app’s memory. Create an account and choose Save this child to keep a profile for later.
How do the clothing estimates work?
The wheel maps age-based size windows across the first three years. Switch between seasons and months, and use About the wheel to choose your hemisphere. Estimates are a planning guide; individual growth, local weather, and brand fit vary.
Saved clothing sizes and measurements do not currently change the wheel’s estimates. Open Find their fit in the app for clothing guidance and a shoe-size starting point based on measured foot length.
How do I save or edit a child’s details?
Open Your children, sign in, and choose Add child. You can save a name or nickname, birthday or due date, current sizes, and optional notes. Select a child to edit their profile or open Measurements & history. Use the measurement-units control to switch between inches and pounds or centimeters and kilograms.
Profiles can track older children too; the wheel itself covers birth through three years.
I can’t sign in or find my saved children.
Check your internet connection and use the same email address and sign-in method you used to create your account. Follow the verification or recovery options shown on the sign-in page. After signing in, check Your children and select the profile you want.
If the problem continues, email support with the error message and app version. Never send us your password or verification codes.
What happens without an internet connection?
The guest wheel’s date and size calculations work on your device. Signing in and loading or saving account profiles require a connection. If saving fails, reconnect and try again before leaving your draft.
Your account and data
To remove a child, open their profile in Your children, choose Delete child profile, and confirm. This also deletes that child’s saved measurements. Individual measurements can be removed from their history.
Request account deletion
Email support@sproutfit.fit from your account’s email address with the subject Delete my Sproutfit account. You can request this without installing the app. We may verify account ownership before deleting the account and associated child profiles, notes, sizes, measurements, and preferences.
Signing out or uninstalling does not delete your account or saved information. For access, corrections, a copy of your data, or another privacy request, use the same support address. Read the privacy policy for information about data handling and retention.
